Since all of our dresses are handmade, there may be slight variations in details, a unique characteristic of our handcrafted creations, giving each piece its own personality and one-of-a-kind charm.

While our wedding dress designs are intended to be lightweight and simple and may not achieve the opulent effect of traditional bridal boutiques, we remain deeply confident in our quality. Through careful material selection and detailed craftsmanship, we strive to express elegance in every piece. By placing an order, you are deemed to agree to the following purchase instructions:

• Most of our products are sourced from overseas, and the waiting time may vary. Please refer to our shipping policy for details. If you have urgent or special requirements, please contact customer service. If you cannot wait, please do not place an order.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund.
• There may be slight color differences due to variations in monitors and lighting; the actual product color will prevail.
• Before placing an order, please refer to the size chart provided on the product page to choose the correct size. If you cannot find the size chart or are unsure about the sizing, please contact customer service.
• All wedding dresses and gowns are custom-made after orders are placed. Due to the high production cost and its impact on future sales, returns are only accepted if they meet our refund policy. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.
• If you have exceptionally high standards for quality, we encourage careful consideration before placing your order to ensure the product meets your expectations.
• For discounted and custom-made products, returns are not accepted unless there are major defects. Products that have been washed or altered are also not eligible for return or exchange due to defects.

Definition of Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are defined as products created according to the customer's specifications and may include, but are not limited to:

• Custom Sizes: Made according to specific measurements provided by the customer rather than standard sizes.
• Custom Colors: Made in a color chosen by the customer instead of the default color.
• Custom Designs: Products crafted to include special design requests from the customer, such as unique styles, patterns, or details.

These custom-made products cannot be resold or reused in production, and as such, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference for these items.

Refund Policy

⚠️ This site is currently in its trial operation phase, and all products are offered at special discounted prices. Please note that we do not provide return or exchange services for sold items unless there are major defects. Kindly ensure you confirm your size carefully. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

⚠️ The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange: slight loose threads, exposed threads, small stains that do not affect wear, human-caused damage (including makeup stains), color differences, items not matching expectations, or small buttonholes (please trim yourself). Items that have been washed or altered are not eligible for return due to defects.

⚠️ All clothing model photos are for reference only; returns for style issues are not accepted.

⚠️ Returns are only applicable for unopened, unused items in their entirety. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

⚠️ Return requests cannot be made in the following situations: any part of the product has been opened (e.g., personal consumable items, intimate items such as headwear, underwear, swimwear), or due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., shipping delays).

⚠️ Discounted items, as marked in the store, cannot be returned or exchanged due to defects or expiration.

⚠️ If the item is not defective, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the tracking number from the logistics company). The return must be shipped within 7 days of the return application, and a tracking number must be provided for the returned item.

⚠️ For returns of urgent orders, the shipping cost incurred for delivery will be deducted from the refund. Please ensure you have selected the correct size before placing an order.

⚠️ By processing a return, you agree to allow us to handle the sales receipt (invoice/credit note) on your behalf to expedite the process.

 ⚠️ If the item includes an anti-theft lock or security tag, please ensure that it remains intact and unaltered to qualify for a return or exchange.

Please read the following policies regarding our products, most of which are shipped directly from overseas, resulting in varying waiting times:

• Due to the longer production time for wedding dresses and gowns, approximately 3-4 weeks are required. If you have urgent or special requirements, please contact customer service.
• For non-wedding dress items, the estimated delivery time for overseas direct shipping is about 2-4 weeks. The actual shipping time should be determined based on shipping arrangements and customs clearance.
• In case of emergencies or special requirements, expedited shipping is available. Please make sure to confirm with customer service before placing an order.
• As items in an order might have different production schedules, they will be shipped in separate batches. Kindly remain attentive when receiving the shipments.

Size Selection

• Before placing an order, please make sure to refer to the size chart provided on the product page to select the correct size. If the size chart is not available or you are unsure about your size, please contact our customer service team.

• Please use the following method to measure yourself for selecting the right size:

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest (for bridal gowns with built-in bras, measure without wearing a bra).
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist / 2 cm above the belly button / where your elbows align with your waist when standing straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
  • Height: Measure your natural height plus the height of your shoes.
  • Hollow to Floor: Measure from your collarbone (hollow) to the floor.

• If you would like to confirm your size selection, you can use the following form to cross-check based on your height and weight.
