As our specialty lies in **custom made-to-order bridal wear**, the total time until you receive your gown is divided into two distinct phases: Production Time and Shipping Time.
1. Production / Manufacturing Time:
This is the time required for pattern-making, cutting, sewing, and final quality checks for your specific, custom-sized gown.
**Timeframe: Approximately 2 Weeks (14 Days)**
2. International Shipping Transit Time (Worldwide Shipping):
This is the time required for international transit and customs clearance after the gown has been completed and dispatched from our facility.
**Timeframe: Approximately 1–2 Weeks (7–14 Days)**

Wedding Dresses & Gowns
Because each wedding dress and gown is made to order, production typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Actual delivery time will depend on shipping schedules and customs clearance.

Other Products (Non-Bridal & Non-Gown Items)
For all products other than wedding dresses or gowns — including accessories, casual dresses, and ready-to-wear items — the estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks.
Actual arrival may vary slightly depending on international logistics and customs processing.
Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items with different production times, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
You will receive individual shipping notifications for each shipment once it is dispatched.
