We’re delighted to share more about our design philosophy to help you better understand our products.

WeddLin specializes in effortless and travel-friendly wedding dresses, designed to balance elegance and practicality.
Each gown is handcrafted with a focus on lightness, portability, and comfort — so you can move freely and look beautiful anywhere.

Because each piece is handmade to order, minor variations in details may occur.
These subtle differences are part of what make each WeddLin dress unique — every gown carries its own personality and one-of-a-kind beauty.

While our designs lean toward simplicity and comfort rather than heavy, ornate styles found in traditional bridal shops, we remain dedicated to craftsmanship and refined elegance.
If you have specific fit or measurement requirements, we also offer custom tailoring to ensure the perfect fit for your body and style.

By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy:

General Terms

⚠️ Most of our products are shipped internationally.
Shipping times may vary — please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
If you have urgent or special delivery needs, please contact our customer service before placing your order.
If you are unable to wait for international delivery, please refrain from ordering.

⚠️ In case an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

⚠️ Due to variations in display screens and lighting, slight color differences may occur. The actual product color shall prevail.

⚠️ Please refer carefully to the size chart on the product page before placing your order.
If you cannot find the sizing information or are unsure which size to choose, please contact our customer support.

⚠️ Wedding dresses and gowns include built-in cups and linings, and are classified as intimate apparel.
According to consumer protection regulations, intimate apparel is not eligible for return or exchange.
Once sold, bridal gowns and dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please confirm all measurements and details before purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

⚠️ For customers with very high quality expectations, please order with care.

⚠️ Clearance items and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of major defects.
Products that have been washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom-Made Products

Custom orders refer to products made specifically to a customer’s request, including but not limited to:

• Custom size: made according to personal body measurements instead of standard sizes.

• Custom color: produced in a color selected by the customer, different from the default option.

• Custom design: items made with special design requests such as unique styles, patterns, or details.

Because these products are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, returns or exchanges due to personal preference are not accepted.

Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ As mentioned above, wedding dresses and gowns are classified as intimate apparel with built-in cups and linings, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once sold.
Please confirm your size and details carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ The following are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Minor loose threads, exposed seams, small marks that do not affect wear, makeup stains, slight color differences, or discrepancies between expectation and actual product appearance.
Altered or washed items are also excluded from defect claims.

⚠️ Model photos are for reference only and may differ slightly in fit or proportion.
Requests for return or exchange based on styling or design preference will not be accepted.

⚠️ The “inspection period” refers to a cooling-off period, not a trial period.
Returned products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

⚠️ Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items from the same order.
Please record an unboxing video when opening your package to protect your rights.

⚠️ Returns cannot be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

• Product exceeds the 7-day inspection period

• Failure to provide product photos or to ship return items within 3 days of approval

• Any item that has been opened, worn, washed, or altered

• Intimate or personal items (including dresses with built-in cups, lingerie, swimwear, hair accessories, etc.)

• Delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., logistics delays, customs clearance issues)

⚠️ Clearance or sale items are non-returnable for reasons such as size, defects, or shelf life.

⚠️ If the return is not due to a product defect, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

⚠️ If partial items from an order are returned and the remaining balance falls below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

⚠️ For urgent orders that are later returned, shipping costs incurred will be deducted before refund.

⚠️ By requesting a refund, you agree that WeddLin may handle any related sales documentation (such as invoices or credit notes) to expedite processing.

⚠️ Products with security tags or seals must be returned in their original, unremoved condition to qualify for refund.

⚠️ Clearance and sample-sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you have concerns or expect flawless perfection, we recommend avoiding discounted items to prevent disputes.

Wedding Dresses & Gowns

Because each wedding dress and gown is made to order, production typically takes 3–4 weeks.
Actual delivery time will depend on shipping schedules and customs clearance.
If you require expedited service or have a specific timeline, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.

Other Products (Non-Bridal & Non-Gown Items)

For all products other than wedding dresses or gowns — including accessories, casual dresses, and ready-to-wear items — the estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks.
Actual arrival may vary slightly depending on international logistics and customs processing.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items with different production times, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
You will receive individual shipping notifications for each shipment once it is dispatched.

Global Shipping

WeddLin offers worldwide shipping, so brides from all around the world can enjoy our designs.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team —
we’ll be happy to confirm shipping availability and provide a delivery quote.

Customs Declaration

Since most WeddLin products are shipped internationally,
placing an order implies your agreement to comply with any applicable customs requirements in your country.
Please note that import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Tailoring & Size Selection Instructions

Size Selection

• Before placing an order, please make sure to refer to the size chart provided on the product page to select the correct size. If the size chart is not available or you are unsure about your size, please contact our customer service team.

• Please use the following method to measure yourself for selecting the right size:

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest (for bridal gowns with built-in bras, measure without wearing a bra).
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist / 2 cm above the belly button / where your elbows align with your waist when standing straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
  • Height: Measure your natural height plus the height of your shoes.
  • Hollow to Floor: Measure from your collarbone (hollow) to the floor.

• If you would like to confirm your size selection, you can use the following form to cross-check based on your height and weight.

• This chart is for reference only. Please ensure that you follow the size chart provided on the product page and take accurate measurements to select the correct size. If you're unsure, you can provide your bust/waist/hips measurements to our customer service for confirmation.

If you wish to order a custom size, please select the "custom" option when placing your order, and provide your measurements to our customer service team. The required measurements include:
